We collect minimal information required to manage the queue. For customers, this includes session identifiers and optionally a customer name. For shop owners, we collect name, email address, password hashes, and shop configuration details.
Customer data is used solely to manage live queue status, estimate wait times, and send browser notifications when your turn approaches. Owner data is used to secure your dashboard, manage subscription state, and maintain shop profiles.
We implement industry-standard security measures to secure your database records, password hashes, and browser push subscription endpoints. No credit card details are stored directly on our servers.
