1. Digital-Only Services
Dawri is a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) web-based platform providing digital queue management systems. We do not sell or deliver physical (tangible) products. Consequently, no shipping, handling, or delivery charges apply to any of our plans.
2. Service Fulfillment
Access to paid features (such as custom logo branding, advanced analytics, and priority notifications) is provisioned instantly upon successful Stripe checkout. You will see your account status updated in the dashboard immediately after payment is confirmed.
3. Delivery Issues
If your account plan status does not update instantly after completing payment, or if you experience technical difficulties accessing the services, please contact our support team immediately at support@dawri.live.
